Back inside, the kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you should need to whip up a beach snack, hors d'oeuvres, or a multi-course dinner from home. A coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, and wine ware are all available for your convenience. Enjoy the extra prep and entertaining space of the kitchen island that seats 5. Or, steps away, enjoy more formal dining at the round table for 8 at the bay window.
The home sleeps up to 18 guests comfortably between 5 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom offers its own balcony and crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay: Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) is outfitted with a King bed, TV, balcony, en-suite, and sitting area with Queen Murphy Bed overlooking the ocean. The en-suite has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have King size and BR 5 has Triple Full Bunks (Sleeps 6). Plenty of room for your entire family. 4 King beds and 1 Queen bed. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious and has the best view of the Gulf from the bed. It walks out to a private deck overlooking the pool, the beach and the Gulf.

- A washer/dryer is available in the home for guest use
- There is parking space for up to 4 vehicles on the driveway
- An elevator is located in the home for convenience
- The private pool area offers lounge chairs and provides access via the gate to the beach
The home is superbly located directly on the beach with a private pool. The property is also within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and even boat rentals/charters! The Beach Bar, a popular restaurant for cocktails and light bites, is just a stone's throw away. With a Publix food store just a 2-mile drive away, there’s truly not a need to leave the island if not desired. For those who want to venture out, there are Golf Courses, preserved state and local parks, and endless shopping to also enjoy just a few minutes off the island. Downtown Fort Myers (the historic district) is about a 30-minute drive. The Beach Bar next door is delightful. You can grab a drink and listen to live music almost every day. They close at 6 PM for a quiet evening.
